The TNRERA portal publishes every registration, approval and quarterly filing — as thousands of scattered pages and PDFs. We parse that public record into something a homebuyer can actually use: project health cards, builder track records, and locality signals, each citing its government source.

Independent analysis of public TNRERA data. Not affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority. We don't take listing fees from builders and no builder can pay to change a score. When a project looks risky on the record, the page says so.
